Requirements
I require a clear digital reference sheet for your character(s). I cannot use traditional references (unless given a digital palette) or written descriptions, as that involves a lot of guesswork.
I will not begin your commission until I receive payment.
Major details and specific requests must be conveyed before I begin. I tend to start and finish a drawing in one sitting in most cases, which doesn't leave much room for major changes.My Rights
I reserve my right to refuse any commission, with or without a reason why.
Unless previously discussed and decided, I have the right to post my artwork anywhere I choose to promote myself.
I reserve the right to edit these Terms of Service at any time.
I retain my intellectual rights over my work.Usage Policy
Only the commissioner, owner(s) of the character(s), and myself are allowed to use this artwork.My art, under no circumstances, is allowed to be used for NFTs in any way, shape, or form.You may:
Post the art anywhere you choose ONLY if you properly credit me. This should be a link back to any of my profiles.
Use the art non-commercially. Personal Use Only.
You may NOT:
Use my art commercially.
Claim my art as your own, and/or remove my watermark.
Edit or Trace my artwork without my explicit permission TO YOU. It does not matter if I allowed someone else to, YOU must ask.Payment
I require full payment up front. I will not begin your commission until I am paid.
My prices are in USD. Please use PayPal to pay me, unless otherwise discussed.
Please make sure to mark no address needed on PayPal, as my commissions are only digital. They will be emailed or otherwise sent digitally. I do not ship.Refund Policy
Please contact me about refunds. Do NOT file a chargeback without contacting me and allowing me reasonable time to respond.
There will be NO refunds once the commission is completed.
A commission still in the sketching phase will receive an 80% refund.
Past the sketching phase will receive a 50% refund.
If the commission has not yet been started, you will receive a full refund.Completion Time
While I generally have a quick turnaround time, commissions may take up to three months. This will depend on my queue and my life. I have a full time job, and I also just have a life. Please be understanding and patient.
Do not rush me. I am perfectly willing to give WIP pictures and updates on the status, as well as insight into what may be taking longer.
I am likely to send a sketch before I begin. This is up to my discretion unless you specifically ask me to.
Please let me know about any deadlines, such as a birthday, BEFORE you pay me. I will let you know if that is possible for me or not.Changes
Before I have started, you are allowed to change the commission, character, pose, etc.
While in the sketching phase, I can make some major changes.
I will only change minor details if the commission is past the sketching phase or completed.What I Can Draw
Feral characters. I am more comfortable with housecats, but I am willing to do most species. Just be prepared to wait a little longer in case I need to practice with references in order to best draw your character.
Anthro characters. Please specify if there are to be clothes or not, and if there are, what they should look like. I am not the best at clothes, however, so be warned with that.
Felines, canines, etc. I am willing to try most things, but I reserve my right to refuse a commission if I don't believe I can draw your character.
Please don't hesitate to ask me if a character will be doable! Even if you don't commission right away, I am always willing to answer questions.What I Won't Draw
Copyrighted Characters (Sonic, My Little Pony, etc).
Kids cartoons, they fall under the copyrighted characters as well.
Some fan OCs, this will be up to me and my comfort level with the work it is based off of.
NSFW. Slight gore may be acceptable, but it is up to me.
